Dear Friends:

Our friends, Jack and Linda, that own the ranch, have been so gracious to let us use their land for our events. We are asking for everyone to be respectful of this special place.

Please, drive carefully coming into and out of the ranch, as it is a dirt road. 4 x 4 trucks can really chew up the grading in the road. I know it's fun to play Dukes of Hazard, but if you can save it another day, I'm sure there is a dirt road just calling your name somewhere else.

Also, let's all remember the leave no trace policy. We have seen a lot of MOOP out there with other parties, and it really breaks our hearts. Everyone knows better, so please do the right thing. There are always plenty of trashcans so there is no reason not to take a few extra steps to keep your trash in its place.

One last thing, if you have not had the pleasure of meeting Jack and Linda, they are wonderful beautiful people. Just recently, Linda has become very ill. And she has been in the hospital for over a month now. Obviously, with out Linda at home things are very hard for Jack. So we are putting it out there to the cooks in the community to bring something for Jacks freezer. Lets show our appreciation for all the magical memories that we have all shared out there.

I respectfully ask that those of you who feel so inclined, to direct your prayers and healing energies toward our sister Linda.
